That's a good place to start. Is the trouble here in CollarChat, or CollarMe, or both; and what browser (IE, Opera, Firefox etc) are you using?

The trouble is on collarme. Every time I try to log into my account, I get this message: "Collarme.com has encountered an error on the page you were looking at. We're sorry for any inconvenience or loss of work this may have caused you." Oh and I'm on firefox.

The same has happened to me but I am logged in on the chat side. Using Firefox.

The servers on that side of the site have been a little slower than usual in the past few days. Perhaps by the time you lose that ice cream cone near your name, it will be back to normal!

Yeah, the collarme site is down. It's hosted on a different server than the forums, so we're still up while the other side is down. Shame.

I've had that issue tonight trying to go from CollarChat to CollarMe. I can sign into CM with Chrome but now that I run a third test I can't with Firefox. Collarchat has been fine for me all night. This may have already been reported to the Moderators. I'll see if I can get a message to them on the other side, since I'm already signed into CM as well. (This does happen infrequently. I've seen it before. I'm just a user, but I've been around a bit.)
