Hello, I hope one day to be able to take a woman's strap on, but I want to practice until then. I've used my fingers to begin with but now I feel like it's time to move on. Any adult store worth its salt (whew! that was lewd) will have some sort of anal training kit with toys and plugs of increasing size. At first, girth is the main concern, so go thin and work your way up. Also lube: there's never too much lube for beginners. I found practicing in the shower very helpful because I felt like I was about to pee at any moment.

That passes and/or you become able to control that sensation.
