Spectacular!

(Sure hope they remain friends!)

My favourite part is how the cat acts all big, brave and scary, but has to jump OVER the owl when it gets close. Hilarious!

Ah, that is amazing!

It is so good and enjoyable because it's shot over a period and with technical skill and good lighting.

I guess they remained friends because if you go to YouTube and put in "cat and owl best friends" there are a few videos...I remember seeing one last year too....

When animals are lonely they seek out playmates. Like a polar bear that came to visit a sled dog team and spent some time there playing with one of them.

On free kibble today was a story about a malmute and cat who were great friends and the malmute would protect the cat. When the malmute got cancer and was losing her strength one day a big strange dog came along and wanted to get to the malmute - the cat fuzzed up and prevented the dog from getting to her friend, eventually the dog left. The little cat apparently knew the malmute was not up to par and protected her as she had protected the cat.
