As far as a google search shows, NO president has presented his college transcripts.

However, just about every presidential candidate has provided tax returns and complete financial disclosure forms, well Romney didnt provide his tax returns.

It is uncertain whether or not he released them. It is far from certain that they were released against his will, though. In fact, he verbally recognized his poor academic record well before their release.

Transcripts for Bush, Gore and Perry were leaked, not released voluntarily. And Kerry released his, but only after he was no longer a candidate.

The rest have never been seen.
