Hi, If I had breasts I would listen to LaTigresse who seems to be a little more serious than some others (no criticism of anyone intended). Now I had a gf years ago with two daughters, who all had a few things in common: about 5'3"-5'6", 280 lbs - 310 lbs, and breasts that were so big they hurt. One day we decided to weigh each ladies breasts (and, yes, I had fun!). Results: Mom 10 lbs, and the other 12 lbs, Daughter #1) 15 lbs. each, and daughter #2) 10 lbs each. Once I started imagining carrying that much weight on my chest I could understand why the were all miserable and uncomfortable. They loved the attention that big breasts bring, but hated to have to carry them around all day every day. That is why my friend (a plastic surgeon) does three breasts reductions for each breast enhancement. Lose weight, yes, but in a healthy way and don't expect great weight lose in one week. It took a long time to put on, and will take a long time to take off. See your doctor, and have him recommend a coach. Most hospitals have one that is usually free. (Federal Gov. actually pays for it with your money). And, yes, everyone above was over the age of 18.
