my previous profile has been stolen . someone obviously got my password i dont know how. whats even stranger ive tried several times to close this account .it says its closed, but then just allows me to log back in again . can anyone help. ????

yeah, it is closed, go away an never come back to it again, it will disappear when it wants, maybe a month or more when they clean the servers which is not real often cuz it stops the site dead these days.

you are the only one who can get into it and see it.

You are given 7 days to change your mind. Do not log into it at all for 7 days after you delete it.

ETA: not even going to ask how someone got your password, but yet you were able to get into it.

It might not be stolen.

It might be the case that your profile was borrowed by students from Sydney University for research purposes and they simply forgot to return it.

That's the thing about students today. They drink too much and sometimes to forget to return things they borrow.

If you can log into it, why not do so and change the password so that someone else can't get into it?
