tlalocw -> Is it me - RE: Financial Dommes (11/28/2012 3:30:25 PM)

That there seems to be an... influx of profiles of younger women listing themselves as financial dommes? Maybe I'm biased, preferring older women on the admittedly shaky basis that that means more experience, etc., but there seems to be a lot of new profiles where they seem to hit all the buzzwords but not much else which makes me think some of them are trying a different way to get a sugar daddy - especially when I see several 18-year-olds in a row listing themselves as such.

It's you.

tlalocw -> RE: Is it me - RE: Financial Dommes (11/28/2012 3:37:49 PM)

Good to know.

FemdomSisterhood -> RE: Is it me - RE: Financial Dommes (11/28/2012 3:38:03 PM)

There's also an influx of men putting up vanilla pictures of women with misspelled profiles claiming to be a grad student in Florida. I would say that most of the growth is due to fake profiles by men scamming for money.

OsideGirl -> RE: Is it me - RE: Financial Dommes (11/28/2012 3:40:57 PM)

Actually, there's influx of guys coming to the forums to complain about fakes and Fin Dommes.

tlalocw -> RE: Is it me - RE: Financial Dommes (11/28/2012 3:43:51 PM)

And an influx of people incapable of distinguishing between a complaint and a concern. I don't care one way or another if financial is part of someone's bag. I've just seen multiple new profiles of very young women listing themselves as such, which sets off alarm bells for me.

OsideGirl -> RE: Is it me - RE: Financial Dommes (11/28/2012 3:46:54 PM)

How about an influx of people who don't understand the term influx?

We see a post like yours at least once a day. A simple search would have shown you that it's brought up all the time. If you had a real concern you would have contacted support or an admin rather than posting it on a forum where no one can do anything about it.

Like ignore it. If you don't have anything worthwhile to contribute to something on an internet message board - which, horror of horrors - are known for multiple threads on the same subject (which I'm sure you don't go around busting on - "Hey, there are already threads on humiliation. Knock it off!"), then don't reply. The thread will then die.

Unfortunately, my newbness caused me not to do a thorough search, and it also prevents me from locking or deleting my offending thread (unless I find something I missed). So please ignore this thread. I withdraw it and ask forgiveness from all who read it.

Hi tlatocw, welcome to the message board.
You are not alone in your observations. However, being that it is a free site,
it's not as easy as you think it might be to disallow these profiles.
Keep in mind though, that there are probably alot of 18 year old Fin dommes on the
other side of this side, and it's because there are men that cater to their wishes.
It may not be something you find legitimate, but who are we to judge?

Can you explain why you are concerned? Are you afraid these people will somehow force you to read their profiles, talk to them, or become involved with them in any way?

Like everyone else, you have the option of hiding any profile that does not interest you. That should solve the whole problem.

Aneirin -> RE: Is it me - RE: Financial Dommes (11/28/2012 4:48:38 PM)

There is a worldwide recession, everyone is feeling the pinch, so expect to see whores on the contacts section, it is a sad fact of life given most are skint or could do with a little money extra. But whilst some abhor the whores, others, it's their fetish and so when whore meets the right kind of person, harmony exists. All that is left for those that do not seek the financial dom(me), is to keep looking just like so many others.

And so seven years later with myself, I have made a few friends, some who came to be very close, but carnal activities, nothing yet.

fetisheden -> RE: Is it me - RE: Financial Dommes (11/28/2012 5:09:33 PM)

if you dont like younger women, then why are you wasting so much time pondering their profiles?

RemoteUser -> RE: Is it me - RE: Financial Dommes (11/28/2012 5:29:03 PM)

I can't count the number of young women I've never met or heard from that need money.

(Unless I take my socks off.)

Whoa, hey now... I'm not scamming for money. I'll legitimately take money if its given to me. [:D]
