A very interesting court trial is schedule to begin in Kansas City in 2013 and I am sure it will hit the news around the country since it involves S&M and a sex slave. Unfortunately, Missouri is located in the Bible belt and has been referred to as the belt buckle of the Bible belt so it will be more than interesting to follow the trial, the feedback and the verdict. In the area, I live in those that know me and know who and what I am tend to grab the crucifix around their neck when they see me coming…laughs!

This case allegedly concerns extreme and prolonged abuse of a mentally challenged person by a sexual sadist. It's got nothing to do with BDSM. If the allegations are true, I hope they lock these people up and throw away the key.

If what you say is accurate (I just haven't been following this case at all), then it is very sad that they are trying to use BDSM as a cover and make it seem like this mentally challenged person consented to abuse. I don't know if the perpetrators actually believe this to be true in their minds, or whether they and their lawyer are just trying to confuse the jury by bringing in a lot of expert testimony on BDSM. Hopefully, the jury will see through this self defense.

They are trying to use kink to cover negligent & stupid the same way the oops we burned a sub leaving perminant damage did. They were stupid, wreckless & careless...but we're kinky so we should get a pass.

When the lawyers open their mouths you can tell they are full of it (and anyone talking to the press has a lawyer pulling the puppet strings).

Someone's stretching the truth, none of us know which. Prosecutors could easily be full of it, too.

So, the plot thickens and I can see why Jay is testifying, the breathplay and her heart attack set the ball rolling.

She has adhd, isnt retarded. Basically, he took in a seriously fucked up girl, provided a place for her to become emotionally healthy enough to where she realized he was an.idiot and now he is paying for it. How ironic and why I dont fuck young women and have little respect for those who do.

Having been on the recieving end of the feds "interest" it smells of smoke and mirrors. Now, if the charges of attempted murder have any substance, well fry the fuckers.

However, the indightment reads like they were Asian Tong gangmembers keeping people against their will. They are all poor while trash, deeply dysfunctional, and pathetic. Its going to be interesting, but if I was making hard core porn, I would be paying close attention to all this.

The previously named co-defendants have all pleaded out.
These weren't "sweet deals".
Bradley Cook was sentenced to 20 years.

People generally don't do that unless... .

I am guessing they will have all sorts of interesting things to add in the upcoming trial.

I agree. It really hurts those who do this legitimately. I will never understand why people like to hurt others for their own gratification. Maybe because I have been hurt and would never want to do to someone else what has been done to me. I just don't get people. I hope, for the sake of safety of the public, that if this person on trial is doing things with bad intentions that they get what they deserve.
