1. Having your profile black text on a blue background won't help.
2. Your profile states that you want a switch. Then it says you want to submit to a Mistress, and that you want a sub to sub to you. Then it closes by issuing the silly legal threat to people who steal your writing and pics.
Suffice it to say that you're not giving a woman any reason to want to connect with you. You're pretty good looking (warning - I was at your age, too), but you're trying to attract women that are mutually exclusive, or else you're looking for poly. And you give no idea what you would be like - are you working 60 hours a week? A FT student who works PT? What are your hobbies? What's a first date?
Bluntly, there are way more women than men on this site and they have to be choosy - their inboxes get flooded.
I agree with stef. Just get out there to munches and parties. And, to answer your question - I know a young women in her early 20s who just relocated to Philly and found a vibrant scene there.
