I would say that your restrictions will narrow the field quite a bit.
You've set a very small age window and to be honest, to my mind, that sort of person is too young to be a "master" at anything except role play as they haven't lived long enough to have any life experience.
Put that together with your strict location criteria and you're going to be very lucky in finding anyone genuine.
And you're already prompt-posting for an answer as if you were talking to people in a room!!
