Hello Folks. Ok so its something that is a problem for me for a while now and I'v come to the point of asking for help from the masses.

To put this simple like, I can't find a discreet, long term, chastity device that actually fits me correctly. See the problem is that I have an extremely girthy penis compared to length. When hard its 6 1/2 inches in circumference (1 3/4 inch wide and 1 1/4 deep) and no i'm not over exaggerating that. When its soft its about 1 1/2 inch wide by 1 inch deep and 4 inches long. Inshort, even with lube i can't get into (Safely for a long period of time) a cb-6000 series, or the 3000 series. and the curve is too long from what I've seen. (Although I haven't actually tried it on.) and one of the requirements of my life is that it needs to get passed metal detectors. Anyone have any idea of something that would or know of someplace I can custom order from? Any and all help is mucho appreciated.

@Steff: Although almost everything in steelwerks is, for a lack of better words, amazing, I need something that isn't metal. Do they make silicone or plastic stuff too?

@MissToYouRedux: Thx for the link. Are those silicone cages birdlocks? If so the diameter is around 1.37 on the biggest one and i need a 1.5 min. Do you know how stretchy they are if at all?

Surely not silicone, but it would be worth an email to see if they might be interested in coming up with something from one of the many machinable plastics.
