Frankly I suspect you are going to find it very difficult to find what you are looking for if you are not prepared to actually get out and about to meet with like minded people.
As others have mentioned, you do need to ask yourself 'what do I bring to the party' ? Of course there are domme woman out there who are happy to administer punishment free of charge, but trust me, they are very popular at the clubs they go to and are very unlikely to meet a single guy outside of a club environment.
