Status: offline 		It appeals to me because complete obedience is required. The leather collars (and more with pony play) are sensual demonstrations of control. It is heightened D/s play that can't be mistaken for anything else. It focuses the mind on the visceral condition of submission. I can live without mimicking the sounds of a dog or horse but like idea of the tools for controlling a beast being applied to a man. It is more about domination than dehumanization for me.

Status: offline 		Not just a sub thing. I enjoy ponies for the same reason I enjoy horses...its part of my personality to curse & go after a one ton animal that just bit or tried to kick me. Without respect, the big strong ones (human & animal) can easily kill you. Respect is a 2 way thing through the reins

Puppies, I prefer one like my animal dog...pretty to look at & handsome that would gladly put his life between me & any percieved threat.

I love the thought of being someone's pet, and they're proud of me and they let me up on the couch to cuddle sometimes, because I'm such a good little puppy.

I don't know why I love it so much. I think it's because puppy play is one of the first BDSM things I discovered, back in the day of the yahoo chat rooms when I was a wee submissive boy.

I prefer horses to ponies. Ponies tend to get away with stuff because most adult trainers can't ride them so they're ill behaved.

I like horses because they're damn near telepathic. Except they read muscles, not minds.

Status: offline 		For me it's the gear and the animalistic sex involved. There is something hot about being in mitts and a hobbling device that keeps me on hands and knees unable to use opposible thumbs reducing my dexterity to animal like levels. Being taken from behind like an animal unable to resist much also has it's charms. Pulling things, barking, panting, etc... are lower priority benefits if benefits at all.
