CharmingKitty -> Reasons To Beat Your Pet? (12/10/2012 12:20:26 PM)

Hello there everyone, a little context before my question.

I am looking for ways of incorporating my masochistic tendencies into pet play.
I'm not really into physical punishment in pet play aside from leash corrections or quick smacks. Plus since I'd like it's not much of a punishment.

So, what are some possible situations where torture could befall a human pet? These would be perhaps daily things either of us could cue, myself non-verbally Master in a "wanna go for a walk" sort of way. Ideally typical animal-human interactions where the top is "unknowingly" (or "reasonably") harming the pet. But any ideas at all involving any kind of pet would be appreciated.

The only things I can think of is being given a very hot bath. The top might want to use rubber gloves to protect their hands. Rubber and rough scrubbing is a plus for me.

Using a wire brush on skin.

Horse whipping

Admittedly I haven't been brainstorming very long, but some Master/Mistress's input would be helpful.

Take a shit on the carpet... then he can shove your nose into it while beating your ass with some rolled up newspaper.

(just kidding [:)])

LadyPact -> RE: Reasons To Beat Your Pet? (12/10/2012 12:27:23 PM)

Why not incorporate some things that would produce a reaction if it were a *real* pet? Fake a piddle on the floor (or do it for real if you want some humiliation to be added in). Tear up a piece of owner's clothing that a pet would be punished about. Are you playful? Bite the leg.

I'd have a good time beating the hell out of My human pet for any of those things.

Edited. I swear My keyboard has the question mark key. I just keep forgetting to push it before hitting enter.

CharmingKitty -> RE: Reasons To Beat Your Pet? (12/10/2012 12:48:46 PM)

@LadyPact
Being naughty is a good option in the beginning but a dog should only need to be told a few times before the lesson is learned.
Plus correction is short and swift. I'm kind of hoping for a prolonged high-mild pain.
I am trying to recreate as doglike a human life as possible when pet playing.
Someday internet Pomeranian.

Seems to me... and maybe I am getting this wrong... but you are wanting to top from the bottom to get what you want, which would be increased pain levels. Im not sure too many would find beating a pet in a prolonged fashion appealing. Nor can I find a reason to do so, other than its the kink of the Dominant to do it.

kalikshama -> RE: Reasons To Beat Your Pet? (12/10/2012 1:00:42 PM)

When I had a partner who was into pony play, we did that first, then changed gears for the beating, then again for the fucking.

Kana -> RE: Reasons To Beat Your Pet? (12/10/2012 1:05:28 PM)

Bah-I'm a firm believer that there is no such thing as a bad dog, but there are lots of bad owners.
So once a dog leaves the puppy stage, I've pretty much never had to beat any dog I've known.
Now as for human pets, sheeeeeeiiiit, the only reason I've ever needed to beat em is because I wanted to, which is aout the best reason there is :-)

CharmingKitty -> RE: Reasons To Beat Your Pet? (12/10/2012 1:46:41 PM)

I hope people aren't taking my title literally. It was a joke meant to generate interest. It doesn't seem like some are reading...
I am looking for situations where masochism and pet play can logically coincide. Beating a dog is generally unappealing as I specifically said. So how does a well trained masochistic pup go about receiving pain without having to break pet headspace?
What I am "after" is the above. Though your assumptions are a welcome inclusion.

Once again, it seems people read only the title...
I can't say why I expected more from the cm forums. I guess since they call it the "discussion side".

This is kind of where my mind goes

As for human stupidity inflicted on animals:
Spurs
Bosal reins (very prickly)
Crops/ whips
Twisted wire bits
Pad stacks (google saddlebred)
Wire crate
Rolled newspaper
Shock collars (not above human neck)
"pig sticks" like a cattle prod & rubber hand had a baby
Breeding hobbles (humiliating stuff)
Bitch boxes (dog version of hobbles)
Cattle squeeze chutes
Dip tanks (blind drop into pool)
Anyone with their hand up a horses ass doesn't need to ask the animal how humiliating it is
Eating from a bowl with their name on it
Butt plugs with real tails
Being heeled or calf roped can for real break arms when humans go down

Lol can you tell my kink thoughs started on the farm?

Given that you are unable to find a natural intersection between prolonged masochism and pet play, why would you assume other posters' inability to do the same has anything to do with lack of reading comprehension?

tazzygirl -> RE: Reasons To Beat Your Pet? (12/10/2012 2:16:38 PM)

If only one person is coming to a wrong conclusion... It is that person.

If more than one person is coming to what you determine to be a wrong conclusion, then its you.

You were given those situations at which time you said that wasnt what you were looking for. Instead you wanted prolong beating/pain.

I never said anything about beating a dog. I specifically said pet.

I would suggest, after reading your profile, that if you want prolonged beating with a pet owner, you may want to look elsewhere besides a Daddy Dom, and look for someone with sadistic tendencies who is heavy into pet play. I could be mistaken, but I dont know too many Daddy's who incorporate heavy sadism into their play.

theRose4U -> RE: Reasons To Beat Your Pet? (12/10/2012 2:17:00 PM)

Hell I just gave her a long list of sadistic shit being done by thousands of people at this very second somewhere in the world

I didn't even go into duck plucking
Hairballs
Pissing on floor
Marking territory on bush

<agrees with kalikshama>

Especially as beating a pet because they *are* a pet is for some reason unappealing to the OP. I can't for the life of me understand why that would interrupt pet head space, but I admit I don't do pet play.

CharmingKitty -> RE: Reasons To Beat Your Pet? (12/10/2012 2:25:21 PM)

Considering how I've tried to make it clear it's unnatural, and that situations are based on the top pretending not to notice the process hurts.
And in response people only referencing actually beating a pet, though I say specifically I don't like physical correction in pet play.
The repetition of which holds no use. I give people the benefit of the doubt that they based their comment only on the title (not on comprehension) rather than assume I am being trolled.

In the case of the bath/brushing a loving process is a painful one at the same time. That seems a pretty "natural" intersection.
I don't know why it wouldn't be logical to think others who have more experience than me could come up with more or have been in similar situations.

Eh, everyone's making this harder than it really is. Plenty of cats (as in actual cats) love to be spanked. Example:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6a8T5Z5wkk

Just find a pet owner who will firmly caress you.

CharmingKitty -> RE: Reasons To Beat Your Pet? (12/10/2012 2:38:27 PM)

The idea is that I want to be able to act like a "real" pet who is able to experience masochism in a loving context.
I don't want to be beaten for misbehaving or simply being a pet because that's not how you should treat a real dog.
And a dog that needs to be corrected constantly is the mark of a bad owner. Humiliation in my daily life as a pet is limited to bathroom restrictions.

"You were given those situations" No, I posted those situations in the first post. Specified they weren't what I was looking for. And then had them repeated to me.

I do not want "prolonged beating", I want prolonged pain. I would like to be rewarded with pain in a way that doesn't make me feel humiliated or distressed. I don't see what's wrong with that.

(to all: Also, I have everything I am looking for. Other than scenarios, not looking for relationship advice here.

CharmingKitty -> RE: Reasons To Beat Your Pet? (12/10/2012 2:42:20 PM)

And I know you shouldn't inflict pain on a "real" dog. What I mean is that I want to be in situations an animal would often find themselves and be comfortable and modify it to be painful.
Another example would be my groomer pulling off my toenails.

JstAnotherSub -> RE: Reasons To Beat Your Pet? (12/10/2012 2:46:20 PM)

Hell, a shock collar turned all the way up oughta get ya some prolonged pain.

Nelee -> RE: Reasons To Beat Your Pet? (12/10/2012 2:55:04 PM)

ell, I would first ask if you're looking for pain or humiliation? Personally, I'm less into pain itself, but humiliation is my thing. So for me, forcing me to do pet-like activities in certain situations, or naked walks, or having to use the lawn as a bathroom in a populated neighborhood would work.

Oooh, stealing some of those, thanks (I had heard of everything but dip tanks... what do you do on a farm with those!?)

Okay, so what you want is... Kind of like, instead of being rewarded with a pat on the head and "good girl", you want to replace that with something painful? I think I see what you're saying. If so, then you need to reword your original post. Because masochism is more pain with humiliation incorporated (or sometimes only humiliation). You want pain to be a loving reward, and pain alone is more along the lines of algolagnia.

Also, whiny moment: I hate when people get think masocism and algolagnia are the same thing, or they get them mixed up. It's really annoying.
