Are her tears and pain for her pleasure or yours? One idea, if it's the latter: don't bother with warm-up or foreplay. Just lay her down and go straight into the caning or whatever you like to do.

You might try doing a few things to manipulate her headspace before you get home and or experiment with some rituals. Text/call her with some terms of endearment. Tell her to.bathe and prepare herself. Instruct her to.lay out special toys. Prepare the space. Upon your arrival have her in a position, be ready with a drink or a collar, be dressed in a certain way. Those steps can be powerful. When you find ones that work, rituakize them and they become even more so.

caning on the soles of the feet always gets me (and others i've tried it on) into subspace.
