10 Things I've Learned From Republicans And Democrats</strong> 1. Whenever someone in our party does something wrong, we should find examples of where the other party committed the same offense instead of holding our own officials accountable. 2. The War on Drugs has made this country safer. Same goes with keeping prostitution illegal. 3. There's bias in some news outlets, but not the ones that we prefer to get our news from. 4. Though Americans believe we've been on the wrong path for some time, it's best just to go back and forth between the two major political parties instead of trying to find a viable alternative elsewhere. 5. When someone within our party becomes moderate in their positions, it's best to ensure they're voted out during the primaries for someone who adheres to the party line. 6. We both love to rack up deficit spending and love to blame the other for causing it all. 7. One of us prefers big business while the other prefers labor unions; yet we both love Big Government! 8. We've spent $6 Billion cumulatively in campaign funds to tell you how our strategies will help the disadvantaged instead of actually using that money to help the disadvantaged. 9. When it comes to education, lets use blanket metrics to try and improve test scores instead of providing either the resources or the strategy necessary to help under-performing (and often underfunded) districts perform with the same efficiency as their wealthier, productive counterparts. 10. When push comes to shove, both advocate for the same terrible practices that create different economies between the wealthy and everyone else. The difference? One party acts hypocritical when called out for these beliefs while the other embraces it as what's "best" for America (despite all the evidence to the contrary.) Source I will be the first democrat to admit that I can find a lot to agree with here. Surely in the USA, as in most western so called democracies, the main parties are more or less the same, separated largely by nuance than actual substance. Western democracy is a contrick with capitalist parties fighting capitalist while all exaggerate their differences. Whoever wins the election the banksters get in because they own the politicians.
