Dude, your profile says women of color "go to the front of the line". There is no line. The women here, especially the Dominant ones, spend most of their time fighting off eager male suitors with a stick. They don't take the initiative to peruse profiles and contact strangers.
So:
1. You have to make the effort to select women you want to meet.
2. Fill out yer profile! At your age and life experience level, you should have hobbies, interests, etc. You need to woo women with your words - paint them a story of what a date with you would be like, of the kind of relationship you'd offer. Fine dining, NASCAR race attendance, mountain climbing, poetry readings...?
