Status: offline 		I've been trying for a long time to find a beautiful young mistress that could use someone with my particular skills.
I'm a web project manager and I'm able to build websites from scratch - among lots of other stuff.
But it seems that almost all the young dommes out there are only intersted in earning a few $ quickly.
I wonder why.
Why is it that you dommes don't USE slaves - why is it that you would rather sell a service - phonesex, selling videos etc.?

Maybe it's you. Maybe they sense that you're not going to stick with the deal, or that you'd be difficult, or you wouldn't come through. Submissive men haven't been known as a group to be real loyal and steadfast to another purpose when they're not horny. Lots of guys talk a good talk when they want into the panties and then they're gone.

Maybe they don't want to pay your "price" of Dominating you in return for the service or whatever it is that you want.

Maybe they simply don't see a use for your services.

The Pros have told us the stories about how half way through the sub tries to change the deal and then gets pissy when they don't get what they think they should.

It could be disastrous to have that person in charge of website.

Status: offline 		Lots of us like to use subs/slaves for things other than cash inflow... but that doesn't mean that we necessarily want *your* service or *your* skills.

I'm both pro and lifestyle. In neither of those ways do I need someone good at web work.

Now, if you want to come over and scrub my toilet every Wednesday and Sunday and come by on the 3rd of each month to shampoo my rugs, I may have a use for you.

Status: offline 		I'm going to answer this as someone who could actually use a sub who could help me with the (mostly) online business I'd like to start up. My biggest issue is many male subs see offering a "service" as a way to not have to actually be compatible with the dominant woman they're asking to serve. If we have absolutely nothing in common and I am having to cater to the subs desires in order to get him to do something useful to me....well that just seems like a bad situation all round. And as Osidegirl says, if something goes sideways and the sub (or myself) decides that things are no longer working out, then he has a way to cause a lot of havoc in my life that could be incredibly destructive. So, yeah, if you're just approaching random women and asking to trade your skills for online domination, I can see why you're not getting too many takers.

Status: offline 		Okay, OP, I'm calling some major BS on your profile... throughout much of it and your writings you at one moment are complaining about how you don't want a dom who does any kind of pro work, how they shouldn't make money in any way on any site and then the next moment are complaining about how they are too foolish to not make use of your web abilities to make money.

One key snippet: "Not much sense for business out there. Most dommes would rather earn a $ a minute on Niteflirt than build an empire by using slaves to actually work for them"

Next: "If somedomme out there wants to set herself up as a hypnodomme Im able to help with setting up a site, writing inductions, editing recordings, promoting - basically the shit."

So, I'm confused... They can't be someone doing pro work and making money... Oh no... not that, you don't want anyone like *that*... unless you set it up for them and they are relying on you to do it?

So, being an independent female running her own business is bad.... but being a dom who relies on her sub to make her business is good... and it's assumed that if they run their own business that they can't/won't/aren't interested in "building an empire".

Added to a lot of your other journal entries, your full of "I'm a total sub and so female doms should be exactly how I want them to be and be at least a fair bit dependent on me or they're not *real*".

Well, frankly, I can't see what good you are to me other than for money in some way. You can't serve me, you can't play with me, you can't go out to events with me. There are no foot rubs, no smacking you around, no carrying my bags, no going to ClubFEM night together, no humiliating you, nothing.

You want to offer your web abilities for something -as long as it's never something that involves me making money?

So what? You want to start up a new Wordpress account for me? Fill out my Google+ profile for me?

There is nothing I want to do online that I can't do myself that is a for-free project... There's my Wordpress and DeviantArt accounts for displaying (oh noes! That involves selling, too!) my artwork. I have a Blogger, LiveJournal, and Wordpress account for different aspects of my journaling desires. I have profiles all over for social purposes on free websites.

I can't think of a single reason I would need a personalized self-devoted website other than for business of some sort. Why would I want a website that was just an "about me so you can see this page!"? There's no point to that. That kinda ended back in 2001, at latest, if I recall. Nowadays, for a nice free talk-about-yourself page on the web there are endless free resources that involve zero expertise in setting them up.

So again, what are you offering as an online-only sub?

Because offering to just set up a free webpage to post an "about me" on for the sake of having it and not being available for, you know, a real-life relationship.... all those things I mentioned before: scrubbing toilets, getting beaten, toweling me dry after a shower, fetching me a drink, chatting while at a munch, etc... well, what use are you, really?

They do use them, they use them as they see fit. According to what you have written in your profile and journal entries, unless they do exactly as you wish, they are not "true dommes". Yup, someone is back for seconds. Same complaint in the OP with an obviously new profile. You'd think he'd have gotten his fill the first time around, I remember it went very similar to what he's getting now.

I too have wondered why a good Domme couldn't use my services/skill sets.

I'm able to toss my socks from 11 feet (I have a 27% hit ratio)....I can drop my towel on the bed after I shower with easily a 77% ratio and I NEVER pick it up (100%). Water on the floor when I shower? WTF? Who the Hell lives in an environment where a little more moisture isn't a good thing??????

When I'm done eating....I'll put my plate and utensils on the counter...right next to the ones I put there the day before....and I'll tell you right now....I hit that shit with perfection EVERY FUCKING TIME!

(I don't miss a beat).

My keys....they go where I want them to go, and between you and I....they go every time, in the same damn place....now....how the FUCK they end up somewhere else....I haven't a clue but I'll tell you this....I ain't bitching about it because I know what I did....and the fact that she can't find them....well....that's just all the more reason to replace her.

So....I totally understand your angst.

Status: offline 		I asked a similar question and I guess the usual answer is that if they want a professional to do something they are going to need the person to be responsible if they screw up and on a no strings type thing they don't think it really works, its just a waste of time in the long run.
