OK, so the headline is (of course) a bit misleading. His actual contention was that substantial damage would be evident in the case of an "unwanted rape" (LOLOL). I have to admit that statement makes me wonder if this guy has ever had sex before. Does he really believe that things are so black & white? It's either "oh baby I love it" or "torn up vagina"?
In either event for a sitting judge to say such a thing ... even given his explanation... should have been sufficient to remove him from the bench permanently. If nothing else he's too stupid to be a judge.
