No,it was Hillary's she never cared that much for Rice ,add to that Rice hitched her star to Obama in 2008 rather than Hillary,despite working in Bill Clinton's administration.
Two objectives with one stone,Stone waylaid,Kerry in the State spot...and as a bonus no one mentioned Hillary's name during the Benghazi crisis.
Now please tell me again how Hilloary's not going to run
