FR, I had the head of maintenance at a plant I was supplier for tell me that the fence we were installing around his tool crib was there only to keep the honest people out. The people who were determined to get in would find a way to gain access, and there was no way to actually stop them. If someone is hell-bent on something, they'll find a way to get it done. It is sad that there are people out there that get to that point.
