Boehner.... 1 million treshold

Obama rejected Boehner's offer.

Then countered...

Obama..... 1.2 in cuts, 1.2 in tax hikes

Obama .... 400 K threshold

Boehner rejected.

One with a $1mil dollar threshold and one with a $500k threshold and send them both to the Senate
