Or cutting out fabric appliques and applying to a cotton t?

Wonder under is the only one I use for stabilizing or transfers

Its good stuff! Just make sure type you buy is for what you need. Iron on applique is different than stiff interfacing for collars & cuffs

I've actually done some research on this and I've found the most effective treatment is....by a new shirt.

Use washable/dissolving stabilizer but be careful, the stretch knit sometimes requires special materials or technique (like blocking before applying).

Uh mine are mostly because I have line backer shoulders, HUGE boobs & like a waist nip to look lady like
