Definately the ball flask. That thing is heavy, definately no fast movements when it is in use.

Never been much for ball crushing. Now motion restiction and binding, tugging, leashing etc, that is a completely different story. But just not one for the pain to that part of me. Then again, probably why I don't have the crusher attachment for this either.
