Has anyone ever received a response from said SUPPORT when message sent in mobile territory on an eyephone ? I have sent about 100 messages ... none, apparently received ! But let's hear it for those volunteers ! They respond, and at length ! I wish I could always say the same of myself ! Unfortunately, the volunteers resources cannot fix the site software.

Great monitoring of the site for silly billies ... they seem to only represent about 90% of the site population ... the skill is in identifying the 10% "fast and furious" ... sans guns, obviously!

EruditeSub, I am rather surprised at your post here, considering the fact that you and
I have been communicating over your many issues revolving around use of the site.

First you stated no one in support answers you, although the Admin of the site states there
has been no communication from your account to support.

I took it upon myself to email you to ask what your support issues were, as you never returned
to your original thread, and I wanted to see if I could be of assistance. You claimed you had 2 issues.
One being that your connection drops 30 to 40 times a day.
The second being that it takes too long for fake profiles to be addressed.

I offered you a link to access the site on your mobile phone, as you stated that was where you
had most of the connectivity issues. I also pointed out that the link was not full featured, meaning
you may be able to browse profiles and check mail. I also explained your concern over fake profiles.
Your last email to me was complaining because you can't access support using the mobile link,
and that all your emails to support using IE do not seem to be making it through either.
I think you said you sent over 100...yes?

Let's assume this free site does have a software issue that prevents you from contacting support, and
that this is making your time here less than pleasurable. Why not return to your initial thread, where support actually responded, and clarify exactly what your support question is. Chances are, it may get addressed.

Fella, not only is your post unintelligible, but you've posted it in the wrong forum. Consequently, I suspect that any issues you may have with the site may not be due to the site.

I will say i have contacted support on the other side and NEVER received a response.
Not even we can't do anything for you.

Funny, I've sent stuff to support a couple of times and within a week, I had a response. Maybe that's because they actually could make heads and tails of what I wrote instead of gobblety gook.
