Hoping everyone had a peaceful and happy day yesterday. Was quiet for me, just hubby and my boys, but my eldest is in the UK for christmas with my sisters and mum. Im feeling a lil homesick, but had a lovely day.Feeling very zen like today, Peace and love to everyone and looking forward to a great 2013. Enjoy boxing day... anyone off to sales? i plan on vegging out I must admit...

We went out for an early dinner then to the movies. We went to see Lincoln.... wow... an amazing movie! Quiet is good sometimes, Lucy!

Oh Im good with quiet:) I did a bunch of baking in the lead up, and did full turkey dinner for mid afternoon, my new special recipe stuffing went down well. Wanna go see Lincoln, and the Hobbit. Both my boys are working today so Im looking forward with some cuddle time with the ol man:)

Quiet is good, but I had My ear talked off by phone with family. The benefit to this is talking to everyone, but still having My attention span dedicated to My Christmas movies. I made entirely too much food. Of which, I can promise that I ate too much. We'll be eating leftovers for a week. My moment of zen was a realization that came to Me today. For the first time in several years, every member of My family was on the same continent. The most recent return was My male (adult) child back in the States with his sister for the holiday from his two year deployment to Germany.

Oh wonderful Lady P:) For us it was our first year apart from my eldest, but we talked on skype for ages last night. I made entirely too much foood too, I need more storage stuff for cookies n such, but Im taking some down to the local shelter later.

Thank you. I unloaded a bunch of the cookies on Friday by sending them with MP to work. I don't know what possessed Me to make so many. I'm sure I'll be able to find them a home. Isn't technology wonderful? The ability to have those long talks is great.

Oh its wonderful, Im just waiting for my mum to wake up so I can skype her. I havent seen her in person for nearly six years but, I do get to skype with my sister and her kids often and mum is there this christmas:)

I saw Lincoln. It's GOOD, but his death is incredibly underwhelming.[<< ehh, maybe-maybe not spoiler, I don't want to impression anything, lol] I am off to post-Xmas sales in an hour. Happy(somewhat belated) holidays to everyone! :D
