Don't be offended... it's just true that most women do not respond on internet sites, for a multitude of reasons, even if your messages are perfect you will get a 50% response rate... and guess what... we know you women don't just sit there and only respond to one guy... come on now lets be real :)

I agree with fluffy.

To say "10 a day is a more reasonable number initially, to guage interest" is definitetly spamming, no matter how you slice the cake.

I may look at every new profile that pops up.
I instantly dismiss 95% of those as being unsuitable (already owned, only looking for males, wrong sex or orientation etc).
Out of what's left, I look at their profiles. All the empty ones or those that only say "if you want to know more, ask", I also dismiss.
That only leaves about one or two a day that might fit what I'm looking for.
And unless I see anything that particularly piques my interest, I still don't mail them.
I probably send about two or three a week (if I'm lucky).

I would say that even 10 a week is still at spam level.

So op, basically you write to women simply because you find them good looking and nothing else....gotchya. Good to know. [8|]
And then you wonder why you get hit with the spam filter.

Huh....all those years ago when I first started talking to Master....I guess I'll have to give up my secret to him that he wasn't the only one I was responding to. Fuck.

10 a week is not spam at all... take the dating site plenty of fish... for example. In order to get a quality find or quality date, it took about 20-30 diff messages (i'm picky too). Out of those 30 probably 20 respond, but only 10 are somewhat serious, then out of those 10, you converse more and eliminate 90% or so of them ... and voila you have the cream of the crop and there you go.

The females on this site or any site or anywhere in the world get the pleasure of fielding UNLIMITED requests from UNLIMITED amounts of men... why should we not have the same power?

Sorry, Chris, they come off as generic.

Let me pick on kalikshama as an example. Let's pretend that she's local (because she plastered all over her profile that she only wants a local Dom). She has all kinds of things in her profile that could be used as hooks to open a conversation. Examples:

Excuse my ignorance - what does NELA stand for?

So you like to cook? I've got a killer chicken recipe - what are your favorite dishes?

You seem to be poly-inclined, with the first step of getting a mono relationship going and then adding a bi woman. I've always heard that it's hard as heck to get a third to join in - how have you done that in the past?

Hi Chris - I would have definitely answered any of these emails (and in fact did reply to DS when he wrote me years ago when I was new here.) He always has good advice - you should listen to him.

Of your samples, 1 and 2 are presumptuous and 3 is definitely generic enough to qualify as spam.

It's no pleasure. Fielding request from QUALITY men would be a pleasure.

But what if they were all personalized and quality...what then?

Yes, here are my responses to these seven other guys:

- Please let me know when you have added pictures and text to your profile.
- Sorry, I am an anti-size queen.
- Feel free to write me back after you have added pictures and text to your profile.
- My policy hasn't changed since you wrote me in July.
- Did you forget you wrote to me a few months ago?
- Hi T, I am in relationship mode and want someone who lives closer. Best, KK
- Sorry, not interested in drive-bys.

You can tell by my sample responses above that the messages I receive are not quality. (And you no longer think your sample messages are quality, do you?)

The guy whose first message proclaimed that he had a big cock just wrote me back to ask what I meant by "anti size queen."
