My suggestion? Get your terminology more or less right so that you don't wander all over the map. You're a top. You like tying her up and having kinky sex. She's a bottom. She likes getting tied up and having kinky sex. You two don't need "a quick course in M/s". You need a course in rope bondage. You should look into the word "shibari". Matter of fact, why don't you use google image search and search that word then take a look along with your girlfriend and talk to each other about which images tickle everyone's toes?

At some later point you may choose to get into a 24/7 D/s relationship but that doesn't sound like what you're after now. At some point after that you may choose to go M/s, TPE, O/p or whatever you want to call it.

Agree. I suspect that they're generally kinky folks who enjoy roleplaying "Master" and "slave" and are turned on by using those terms during play. Which is a totally valid and fine thing, but does cause some confusion when those people come on here & talk to "lifestyle" types that have a very different definition of M/s!

Jay Wiseman's book Erotic Bondage first. It's the safety bible.
After that, The Two Knotty Boys have both books and videos.
Midori has a couple of books on shibari.

However damsel in distress bondage can be just as pleasurable as shibari.

There are rope groups on fl that would be very helpful as well.

We have no idea what will make your girlfriend cum. That's kind of a trial-and-error thing.

If you want to learn bondage techniques, see if there is a local club or group that does demos.

It's kinky sex. As long as you're both having a good time, you're doing it right. So do whatever you feel like. Role play 'Jedi captive tortured for information by Sith Lord'. Never ever ever put a tie around the neck. Never, never, never.

Check the color and temp of the part tied, once it starts to cool and/or change color, remove it. She can only tolerate her arms above her neck for about 20 minutes tops, 10 is more usual.

All ties should be loose enough that you can slip two fingers under them. Don't use knots, just wrap things around repeatedly.

Own a safety shears, the kind EMS techs use to cut clothes without cutting skin. Buy in your local pharmacy.

Oh and did I mention, never tie a rope around her neck?

Just have rope and handcuffs huh? You may have more bondage material handy without knowing it hon. Got Saran wrap? Saran Wrap is an awesome bondage medium and there is usually some just lying around. Trust me - the human female is well-equipped to deal with multiple orgasms. I have had them ever since I started having sex, and have had no problem having them with pretty much every partner I've had, once I've shown them the ropes, so to speak

Your one night of 'passion' and your irresponsible lack of control afterwards is uniquely YOUR problem. If the OP's girlfriend starts wanting/needing multiple orgasms, it seems he is quite capable of delivering them.

Safety shears are better than a knife. If she's in the middle of multiple orgasms and you decide she needs to be undone, her movements may cause the knife to slip and cut her. Spend the ten bucks on a pair of safety shears, seriously.
