Look, I have had my arguments with mods about being hit with warnings for name calling when the person I was calling a name was in fact doing the same thing to just about everyone that disagreed with him. I have also made suggestions using the philosophy expressed by Jonathon Swift in his essay "A modest proposal." I admit that I kind of expect the mods to be at least college educated and thus know the work and understand where I am coming from, but then I usually expect people to have a higher level of education than they actually have. That is my failing. And I do have to admit there are some on the boards that seem to violate the TOS at will and nothing seems to happen to them. However, I still insist that the mods are human and therefore prone to human fallacies, such as favoritism or not seeing the equal violation even when it is pointed out to them. So until the develop an artificial intelligence that is flawless, we are stuck with humans. The only thing we can do is try to bring our feelings and observations to their attention and hope for the best, or leave the boards altogether.
