Ladies: When shoe shopping in a store where a salesman waits on you, have you ever dangled your heels, flirted with your feet in some way, wore a short skirt or dress and flashed, or done anything "out of the ordinary" or adventurous while being waited on in a shoe store ?[

Nope. I'm focused on the shoes.

Nope, because doing so would be rude by using a complete stranger to get some sort of jolly.

me just entering the shoe shop once a year and then buying 3 pair of the same (comfortable) shoes so they last me until the next year...nope....way more focused on "my" shoes (I am wearing the same brand ones since almost 10 years now....) and prefer to go when deals are out there...like...buy one get one free or get the 2nd pair half price....the people selling those ones...really don't matter to me  Cause I know what I am looking for...and don't like unsolicited advice  So its best to just leave me alone and shut up

Yes, actually, I have. But I had a bit of a crush on the man that worked there. I ended up dating him for about four months. *for the record* It had nothing to do with kink it had to do with me flirting because I was attracted to someone.

No

Never had any reason to. Then again, when someone comes to wait on me I usually tell them I don't need help except to give me the shoes and let me try them on. If they continue to hang around me and bother me incessantly I tend to leave the store because I can't stand them hanging over me.

Ditto.

If a sales person annoys me I can always take my business, and their commission, elsewhere.

Hell, I can try it on to see if I like it, then leave the store and order it online!

I had that happen in a jewelry store a couple days ago. I walked in to look around to see if I could find a piece of jewelry that I was looking for. The cashier kept following me around and asking if I needed help and everytime I looked at something she started explaining the piece and pulling it out of the shelf. I eventually got fed up with it and left.

If I wanted to see it I would have asked. If I wanted to know more about it, I would have asked.

I usually turn around and leave as soon as they start doing that.

Now for clothes and shoes, there are two stores where I have personal shoppers. I schedule a time to come in and they have a dressing room set up in advance for me with all sorts of clothing, shoe and accessory goodness lol. But they don't hover, they do their jobs exceptionally well and are actually helpful. That's why I keep coming back.

But if I just want to window shop somewhere, I want to be left alone to do it.

Now, in a shoe store I do want enough attention to bring me shoes as I ask for them, and even to put them on my feet - hey, I'm a princess. But don't hover and don't try to pitch a sale. And when I'm shopping like that, I'm focused on ME, not on being flirty with a sales dude.

This is me too!
I don't usually make eye contact with sale associates, it's like an invitation to pester.

I am not into shoe shopping too much. I have edema and wear canvas slip-ons for comfort.

I was shoe shopping with a friend recently and she was trying on some shoes and the male assistant seemed very eager to kneel down and put the shoes on her and was quite disappointed when she said she didn't require any help. We both looked at each other and said foot fetishist.

Truthfully, it would ick me out to do any of the things mentioned in the OP. I am not there to help you get your kink on, I am there to buy shoes,

I flat out tell salespeople, "I'll let you know when I need you".

I realized that I pretty much buy shoes in two places: Either DSW/Famous Footwear - where all the stock is already out on the floor. Or Macys/Bloomingdales - where the women's shoe department is usually staffed by women.

If I had some guy mouth breathing over my feet while I spend my hard earned cash, I'd vote with my wallet and goes elsewhere.

The Macy's women's shoe dept here has men on staff.

This thread reminds me of the Sex In the City episode where the shoe salesman gives Charlotte free designer shoes for simply modeling them for him.

I have never tried to play up to someone's fetish and if they used me as a target for that fetish I'd leave in a heartbeat.
