I keep seeing 'FR' or 'FRing' at the top of some posts... Maybe it'll be obvious after I get an answer, but at the moment I have no idea what it means. Any help, lol?

it means 'fast reply' When you type your reply in the box at the bottom, instead of clicking 'reply' on one specific post, it shows up that you are replying to the last poster. You might put 'fast reply' to show you aren't talking to that person specifically, but the thread as a whole.

It's ok. It's a bit of a silly feature really, it would make more sense if the 'in reply to' just didn't show up when you used the fast reply, but hey, it is what it is.
