Reviving an old idea that I once perpetrated under my previous moniker, mostly as an assistant, but it was fun.

Here's the deal. Ask any question: real, fake, stupid, wise. I will do my utmost best to provide you with a good answer (one to match the question).

Any takers?

What strings are attached ?

needlesandpins -> RE: The Doctor Is In (12/31/2012 11:14:30 AM)

if so do they have anything to do with string theory?

According to Pinocchio, they're twine.

Yes, but they always unravel.

Not a question, but that's ok.

No, you are not the Doctor until you show me your police box.

And keep that sonic screwdriver in your pants.

If, in a baseball game, the batter hits a ball splitting it right down the center with half the ball flying out of the park and the other half being caught, what is the final ruling?

IN the event of a globe affecting natural disaster, is it considered bad taste to charge 1 bottle of 200 year old scotch as admission to the shelter?

Thank you for answering in my absence. I hereby give you your own doctorate, photocopied from my very own, which was printed on the inside of my cereal box:

If the half that is caught is only the shell, then it's a home run. If the core is split in the middle, the player is using an axe instead of a bat, and should be allowed to fight to the death to rule whether they are safe or not.

I think it would taste pretty damn good. Besides, it's the law of supply and demand, which has nothing to do with fairness.
