Yesterday, I watched a LIVE BROADCAST of the House of Representatives. They were discussing bills about veterans and releasing the school records of children in state custody to social workers. This morning, in another LIVE BROADCAST, they're talking about North Korea. Sure these bills are important, but why aren't they being put on hold until the fiscal cliff situation is resolved? Shouldn't the House and Senate be spending 100% of their time together finding a solution instead of discussing other issues that can wait? With them spending so little time on this, I'm not surprised they haven't come up with a solution.
