ORIGINAL: MrRodgers Don't ya just loooove...capitalism ? America...the superpower of sleaze. But it's not capitalism, Mr. Rogers. It's Corporatism or as was once put, Fascism. Interesting, Yachtie. Lead to a quick search, and reading of a few blogs, articles, etc. Turns out, that Corporatism is a strategy of Fascism. At least it was back in the time of Hitler and Mussolini. With Fascism, you have private ownership of the means of production, but State control of that production (ie, quotas, wages, etc.). Corporatism, within a Fascist State was more about uniting the workers and management towards the common goal of production for the State. I have used the term "Corporatism" before, but, to me, it never meant, or wasn't intended to mean, as described in the previous paragraph. To me, "Corporatism" has always meant Corporate control of Government - which I absolutely believe we have too much of - where as with Fascism, Government controlled the Corporations, though both have private ownership of the Corporations. Read this blog and tell me it isn't incredibly similar to Bush/Obama America. what is a municipal corporation for 100? A city charter or town charter (generically, municipal charter) is a legal document establishing a municipality such as a city or town. The concept developed in Europe during the middle ages and is considered to be a municipal version of a constitution. Traditionally the granting of a charter gave a settlement and its inhabitants the right to town privileges under the feudal system. Townspeople who lived in chartered towns were burghers, as opposed to serfs who lived in villages. Towns were often "free", in the sense that they were directly protected by the king or emperor, and were not part of a feudal fief. Today the process for granting charters is determined by the type of government of the state in question. In monarchies, charters are still often a royal charter given by the Crown or the state authorities acting on behalf of the Crown. In federations, the granting of charters may be within the jurisdiction of the lower level of government such as a state or province. When peeps start examining the evolution of words used in leego-land it will open up a whole new world. I have several favorites! Free Freedom Estate state State and state used in the same paragraph legal use of the word - includes or including all time fav is person how about resident! His use of the word based on the vernacular I am familiar with is perfectly legit. everything democracy is constructed on corporation mobs. the language of the natural man not developed the little there was abolished or claimed by the corporate states withing their system of corporate control. Every title that includes a number of people is some level of corporation, association whatever. a small group of people making decisions for a large group. The natural man has literally no rights that he can claim for himself because the states and States have expanded so far there is nothing they do not claim for themselves. Hence we have a monopoly of corporations swindling each other fighting for their piece of the pie and the beneficiaries is who? Thats right not you. You are lucky to have a J.O.B. our of the deal while the few lines their pockets. Just over broke there is no clear lines today. One element will fit the definition while the next element will fit another and sometimes you will find both in the same design with communist and fascist and a host of others isms in one design Trying to assign a singular modality is nearly impossible today. Its a mess there are no hard lines in practice.
