Status: offline 		What does it mean when a slave says "i'm not even lactating yet" or "im full of milk", i think ill get a better answer here rather than googling.

Status: offline 		Yes it is possible to lactate without being pregnant. Some medications can cause it as a side effect. Some people are able to start lactation through very dedicated work pumping. And of course, a woman could continue to breastfeed or express for a long time after having a baby.

Status: offline 		Yes, it's pretty hard work but by repeatedly stimulating the breasts with a pump your body gets the message that there's a baby to feed, and starts making milk. In reality, it's very hard to do without the hormonal boost of being pregnant, and even those who are successful will need a lot of work to keep it up and probably won't produce very much. But we're not talking one or two kinky nights, we are talking weeks and months of work.

If you do a search on 'forced lactation' on these forums you'll find some discussion of how it is done.

Technically, women lactate after they're pregnant. And yes, they can lactate without having a baby.
