I dont know about you but the following piss me off:

1) lectures by every female member of my family about how much salt I use. I mean I dont lecture them on how little spices or the addition of beans when they make what they call chili. (it is bland tomato soup with beef and beans)

2) the lady with three kids and two grocery carts going through the express 20 items or less lane at walmart.

3) the local tv station that advertises a restaurant that is 160 miles away

4) the neighbor a mile away that has a the stereo equivalent of a fucking rock concert that wakes my ass up at 0230 and sets my dogs to barking because of the fucking noise. I wouldnt complain if they actually played music, but my niece who listens to punk rock says what they are playing is not music.

I've only one...Trying to talk to a human on any customer service line. Especially when there is no problem contacting the sales department.

Overly nosey neighbours (like the one on my bottom floor here) who even snoopes around in our trash to check if we seperate the trash accordingly [8|]

Unsolicited advice from folks I barely know and don't want to know really in the first place...like a "colleague" I met some years ago back in the UK...I only met her once and during the handover she made the comment "you need to do more sports"...ahem...where was that now coming from??? Who does she think she is to tell me what I "need" to do?! ffs [8|]

Mums with push chairs who think they somehow earned the red carpet and expect special treatment from everyone in their daily life...ahem...nope lady...you ain't that special [8|]

Parents (at work) who fill up their lil ones (6-8 year olds) with shite like coke....I am glad in that respect that we have the water and tea policy at our working place but I still have to shake my head at the times when we figure out that someone got coke in their bottle again [8|]

People who need it for their ego to talk down to others, when most often, there is really no need to

When I bought fresh fruit, being confident I got it to a great price and then realise, it was still a fair bit cheaper in a different store here [8|]

+1 Moms who push their strollers with baby aggressively right up to your ankles from behind. Often they use it as a weapon, attacking everyone in the mall, supermarket, or grocery store.

Drivers who take up two parking spaces when they park their car.

1) People who, after the cashier has rung them up, remember one more thing they need to grab and expect everyone to just wait for them.
1b) Working as a cashier myself I even saw people who wanted you to void a transaction just because they forgot to mention/get something.

2) Parents who feel like it's to much work and/or stifling their children's fun if they were to keep them more "under control" in stores/restaurants. I know there's no such thing as a fully controlled child - but there's a difference between letting them play, and letting them do anything they want because the games on your phone are more important.

3) People who know nothing, think they know everything; and whine about it when it doesn't work out. I've had so many customers come into my previous work (I has no job atm since I'm on disability from my surgery) who figured they knew how to work the gas pump so they didn't need help or read the instructions - and then they fuck it up and then come in and whine to me about how we suck because it doesn't work.

4) Societies decision that Sunday is a day when nothing can work normally because one religion of many says Sunday is special.

People at work who send all their emails with "High Importance" flags.....it really isn't necessary that we all know that the lunch special in the cafeteria is a Reuben sandwich.

Being thanked for my patience when I had been put on hold for 30 minutes. By that time, trust me, my patience has long been used up and my inner bitch has surfaced.

Going into a store of which I do not possess a saving card. I go into a Rite Aid and pick up a bottle of shampoo and a pack of gum and find out if I want to get the sales price I should have to fill out their application for a savings member card in order to get the sale price. I don't want to do paperwork when I shop and its getting out of hand - I have about thirty little keyring scanners now for various supermarkets, drug stores, book stores, toy stores, electronic stores, restaurants. All so they can maintain a database. I'm thinking of applying for a new frickin' card EVERY TIME I go to a store so I can flood them back with their own data.

People who never learned basic social graces like tact.

People who listen to about 1/10 of what you say and then go off based on the tiny amount they think they heard.

People who cannot construct one sentence without profanity.

kdsub -> RE: Things that piss you off (1/6/2013 2:56:37 PM)

I'll admit I often go off without reading all the post...especially when Aswad is posting... That is why however you see so many ...< Message edited by kdsub > in my posts because i go back and read and try to change before I make a total fool of myself...lol That and because I can't spell worth a damn.

Not everyone is made to be a construction worker. What's so great about being able to put mortar on bricks anyway? Are you saying that men who can't build things are somehow less than masculine? My dick's perfectly big enough, thank you very much. Body fascist.

Peon, with that body, all you need to do is be nude all the time. No other work desired or required. [:D]

thishereboi -> RE: Things that piss you off (1/6/2013 8:53:23 PM)

People being mean to kids.

EsotericLady -> RE: Things that piss you off (1/6/2013 9:17:57 PM)

The entire digital world when calling a business number! (ie. press 1, press 2, and so on)

Trying to pay a bill over the phone and having the recording ask you 15 times to verify that you really want to!

People who are unable to say any sentence without including the word "f*ck!" People who loosely use the word "retard."

People who LOUDLY use their cellphones while I am in a restaurant trying to enjoy a meal. People who use their cellphones in a public toilet.

People who swear at their children. People who leave their children alone in a car in a parking lot.

People who drive 20 to 40 miles UNDER the speed limit.

Nonprofit organizations that overflow your mailbox with requests for donations. Getting calls even though you are registered on the do not call list.

Because this right here, needed to be said again...especially number one. Although I am guilty of number three, still this was great!

Oh and this.

littlewonder -> RE: Things that piss you off (1/7/2013 12:35:06 AM)

nothing really. I don't get pissed off all that much. I just see no reason to. Nothing is important enough to do so. I see people get pissed off all the time and I just don't get it. I think the last time I was really pissed off is at my former job two years ago. I had a boss who ruined everything I was trying to do and always butting heads with me. But quitting the job took care of that little problem. [;)]

absolutchocolat -> RE: Things that piss you off (1/7/2013 12:36:36 AM)

FR

The only thing that pisses me off is when, after I wash dishes, someone brings one last dirty dish in the kitchen and places it in the sink. Makes me want to pull my hair out! Grr.

littlewonder -> RE: Things that piss you off (1/7/2013 12:41:54 AM)

heh...I do that to myself. I put dishes in the dishwasher, start it up and then realize I left a glass in the bedroom or on the coffeetable. I just roll my eyes at myself. hehe

absolutchocolat -> RE: Things that piss you off (1/7/2013 1:11:25 AM)

LOL. oh dishwashers. I always put too much soap in, and my kitchen turns into soapy wonderland.
