If it's all done by consent then what difference does it make as to the natural dominance level of the dominant or even the natural submissive level of the submissive? Consent = role play. At that juncture all bets are off. People are more honestly dominant in their business lives (if they are dominant there) than they ever will be in a BDSM context. No business competitor is ever likely to lie down and let you run roughshod over them. The mere fact that the submissive willingly consents to it make the point rather moot, does it not? It doesn't really differ terribly from professional wrestling at that point.
