James Holmes, the Ph.d Student who was arrested for killing 12 people and wounding 58 other people in a theather will face trial, however will the DA seek the death penalty is still unknown.

This guy is nuttier than a freakin fruitcake, the liklyhood that he will see daylight again is doubtful as the colorado psych hold laws are more strict than sentencing guidelines for what he did.

I dont care if he is insane, sane, whatever. The guy needs to be removed from society in such a manner that negates him from breathing air that would be better suited for some kid yet to be born.

We only have so much air you know.

Yeah I know that the supply of air is limitless, but this guy is a waste of skin and space.
