From one who has been there in a previous relationship, I can only say pretty much nothing makes it easier. And I was so bonded to him, knowing he wanted this, I would beg him for it, because I wanted him to have what he wanted. But when it came right down to it, it was horrible for me - I can't express just how horrible. So horrible it took me years to process, and even still I sometimes struggle with the memory of it. I think you'd need to find someone who is either into it and wants it of her/his own accord, or create a relationship in which the bond is so strong she/he will do this for you despite utterly hating it. Either way, it's going to be a challenging course to set out on. You might want to check Fetlife to see if there are groups for those who enjoy this.

Owning anything comes with responsibility. That means that you either have the knowledge to maintain that possession or you bring that possession to someone else that has knowledge. It is true from coldest piece of electronics to our most beloved pets. You say you want scat slaves. That implies ownership and with ownership comes responsibility. That means that you should already be aware that scat is dangerous enough, but exposing your "slaves" to feces of every Tom, Dick and Harry exposes some serious health risks. Until you've taken the steps to be responsible you're a poor excuse for a Master.
