Even tho the dominants get whatever the want when they want it... (for the most part anyway)  things like a coupon for getting his/her car washed and waxed or doing something out of the ordinary  ( that they generally don't ask for) might just make his/her day.  It would be fun and I'm sure greatly appreciated by any recipient.

Well, I'm not really a fan of the coupon book idea. But if I were to be forced to accept a coupon book, I would love one to allow for a nap anytime I want to. 8:00 at night, even. And another to allow that he will watch with me (and stay awake for...and not critique while watching) any movie I want...even if it's based on a book by Nicholas Sparks or it starts with the words "Twilight Saga..."

LOL no problem here, accepting a coupon book. I'd be asking for specific coupons, or if I can cash them in for jewelry lol.

Then again, I'm pretty spoiled. I don't ask for a lot but I do get regular neck/shoulder massages (by him, and he's awesome at them), and he does watch chick-flicks with me and goes shopping with me.

I'll have to ask him about coupon books, though...heh.

Kana here-I gave a gal a coupon once that simply said, "Shhhhh." Meaning she could watch one of her absurd shows (Melrose Place or some shit) and I wouldn't make any of my usual pithy comments.
Yeah, I gave that baby once. Never again. That shit was tough to do, not so much the watching, but not being able to provide a running commentary-yeah-that damn near killed me.

My first thought was it's a sweet thought in the vanilla world but redundant from a sub/slave to their Dom/me and maybe even a bit risky ("what do you mean i need a coupon to get a massage form you???") lol

Then I thought about it a bit, and I think it could work if the coupons list things that are in your limits that they're interested in doing, things that they would enjoy but which are usually beyond your comfort zone. Unfortunately, since I don't know about the relationship in question, I can't be any more specific.

I could offer The Man a coupon for cleaning out of the car but the truth is I'll do it anyway. Just hate the way stuff accumulates in there. Work clothes, empty water bottles, soda cups etc.

The purpose of giving him the coupons isn't that he couldn't have them anyway, but that he might not think of it without the coupon to suggest it.

He loves home made desserts but rarely asks for one. A coupon for a home made apple pie would mean he would get it whereas normally I don't bake that much anymore.

ooohh...now there's something my daughter and her boyfriend now. I should suggest those coupons for the both of them. She's a slob when it comes to her car! I may have to throw that idea out to her boyfriend. He cleans out her car anyway because he's a neatfreak and cringes just walking by it. hehe

He asked if I wanted to go to the movies tomorrow. I told him that I was planning to wash all those clothes in the car tomorrow. Hopefully I can start a wash before we go up to the movie theater.
