I was FURIOUS after work Friday, went to the gym, had a great workout (with heavier weights), thought I was going to be sore the next few days, but was not (except for my knee which has been bothering me since I started going back to the gym 1/5. I think the best workout routine is one you CAN do and one you WILL do consistently.
