The Arpig mess was someone having 3 or 4 lesbian socks while he was mentally ill.

Pam, I deal with bipolar, PTSD and BPD. I have told my NP that I am more depressed lately but we are keeping my drug levels the same. She thinks it could be SAD acting up and to go get some sun when it is not raining or snowing down here. I take out my frustrations with a MMORPG (THANK YOU JAGEX!) or get mugged by my 4yo niece. At times, I get up early, at times, I sleep in. It varies from day to day.

Today was kinda weird day. It was snowing and sleeting here in TX. Nothing stuck though and we did get some groceries and other stuffies from Walmart. Now we just have to see if someone will take care of this tree which has limbs across the electric line. Tomorrow, who knows what happens. I might be chatting with my daughter who is attending college after me pulling her out 2 years ago because the school system did not want to deal with her problems. She is planning to send me money because I found her books online at a cheaper price. I know she is a cycling bipolar (going from maniac to depressive real fast) because she wears me out.

Let the professionals take care of you. I am in a cycling mood right now and am going to go fishing on my game. Java is "fixed" so I can play now.

I am so lost. I don't think any map could help me with this one! LOL

Wanna hear something funny? It was forty-three degrees and raining here today in Alaska.

Nobody can diagnose you with mental disorders except a mental health profession who has spent hours speaking to you face-to-face and observing your behavior. Certainly not forum folks.

THANK YOU. Jesus. Thinking you can accurately diagnose someone online, without knowing jack about them, OR being remotely qualified is to me, the height of stupidity.

Actually, I am remotely qualified. I have a $50,000 piece of framed paper that says I am.

Regardless of that I wouldn't attempt to diagnose someone through this medium. The most I have done is suggest that someone seek counseling.

I said that I was cycling...have not gotten to my game yet. A few threads caught my attention and waiting for my daughter to call or get on FB.

Now that is fisking crazy.

Yup. I wasn't here to see it, but it seems to have turned CM on its head.

DesFIP -> RE: How many people think I'm schizophrenic? (1/14/2013 8:33:07 PM)

Late onset schizophrenia is exceedingly rare. I wouldn't believe it's that over severe anxiety.

I had missed that.

I was not that much invested in the case. Hanners every third word being 'fuck' rather soon caused me to put her on Hide. I seem to recall that I did an un-Hide at a later time.

I had Arpig himself on Hide for several years as he got me into trouble with Mod XI. She took offense when I asked him if he was dyslectic, as he was continually misinterpreting what I wrote. (The alternative was to ask him if he was crazy, so I thought that I was civilized when asking him if he was dyslectic instead.) He denied that he was dyslectic, so I concluded that he had a mental disfunctionality. Now that I knew what caused all the conflict between him and me, I could deal with it. There: the problem had been solved to my satisfation. Then out of the blue came Mod XI, who had it in for me from the very start, convinced as he or she was that I was the most evil person on Earth.

Later I did an un-Hide on Arpig. He was a most interesting character. And being someone who infrequently studies the human mind, I took an interest in his.

I never considered him to be mentally ill - and I still do not.

I did consider him to be a genuine dom.

I hope that he is well and doing well.

I did note that it is about a year to the date that this thread happened. So. . . I want to ask. . . has CM recovered?

Rule -> RE: How many people think I'm schizophrenic? (1/14/2013 9:48:43 PM)

I rather suspect that CM has not recovered. Probably never will.

outlier -> RE: How many people think I'm schizophrenic? (1/14/2013 9:54:51 PM)

Pam,

I just want to say I do not normally check this forum or I would have
given you all my best thoughts sooner.  I have always thought you were
one of the brighter more perceptive people here and I have particularly
enjoyed your sense of humor.

Getting through stuff like this is not an event, it is a process.  Hang in there.

autumnember -> RE: How many people think I'm schizophrenic? (1/14/2013 9:58:55 PM)

lol i will tell you .... cm was more interesting in the days of Arpig and the lesbians. I was around under a different name back then. Hannah and Heather were an interesting pair. The other two were not as well teased out in their character. I think Arpig should become a writer and i miss him.
What is annoying now is how everyone jumps on anyone new and calls them a sock if they have their own thought in their head though this has been slowing down too i think so perhaps cm is starting to recover

sockanon -> RE: How many people think I'm schizophrenic? (1/14/2013 10:00:47 PM)

My guess is that the issue is not recovery, but change. Not necessarily a bad thing.

I know there are still hard feelings, so I don't know how to answer that.

Pam, I hope you get to feeling better.

I feel fine. I just wanted to get this stuff in the open. Things left unsaid drive me crazy.

promised to see a doctor. I planned to go the next week, but wound up not being able to because of my work schedule. I was working 7 days a week and just couldn't get time to go, not until 2 months later. But I was convinced it really was schizophrenia and admitted as much on a thread here... again, obliquely, but in a way that I thought would be clear to the several people I suspected of taking an interest in the matter. What I said on that thread was, in fact, my own opinion and not a doctor's diagnosis.

I saw a doctor very briefly 2 months later. That was the first opportunity I had to take time off of work during business hours. It was a very short visit and I was pressed for time.

I thought I was cracking up when I had a horrible job, horrible commute, and horrible Dom. Once I got a job where I was validated and appreciated, a 4 mile commute, and ended the D/s relationship, the anxiety, etc., went away.

I wonder how you would do at a different job. You have no stake in this business, yes? And when you have talked about your boss, posters here have seen him as abusive, correct?

I did change jobs. I'm doing much better now. Thanks kalikshama! Hugs back. When I said last December, I meant the December before last.

Pam

I don't think you're schizo, I am quite often astounded by the clarity and sensability of your posts, I think its all in your head, frankly.

You know I love you slick.
