Hello everyone, my first post here and I have a question. I just put up my profile and I got a response from a Dom - "I want to own you full-time". He left me his email address and said if I'm interested I should contact him. He has a well-written profile and looks distinguished and well-dressed in his picture. Normally I would just chuckle and delete, but he's a francophone and his profile is written in French - the google translation follows. So I'm wondering if he can't write much in English and that's why he's so brief and direct. But I'd like to know, is it common for Doms to be this direct and to move this quickly, or is this WAY out of line? To me, to use a vanilla analogy, it would be like a man asking me to marry him on the first contact. Which is, of course, ludicrous.

If he can't be bothered to get to know you on a person to person level before telling you he wants to own you full time then don't waste yours. There are way too many ways to translate between language barriers and he could have asked you many other things aside from "i want to own you full time here's my email" so no...I don't think that's a proper excuse. good luck finding one that doesn't have his head up his ass...they're out there, just gotta keep looking ;) hth Lucifyre

If you aren't interested in sex first and foremost, don't lead with it. Chances are he didn't even read your profile, just looked at the two pictures, both of which are leading with your sexuality. Yea, you have great tits, but you are more than that, based on your profile. Many here want to keep this part of their lives out of their "public" lives. Sorry but leading with a tit shot and the other one talk only of your kinky, sexy side. Men see that and won't read your profile. The guy is a wanker, and if I were you, I would tell him to fuck off. I would say that he's someone that doesn't have any experience with a real life D/s BDSM relationship. And to answer your question: Some people are desperate or inexperienced enough to make statements like that. Just ignore them and move onto the next prospect.
