I am getting a message when I try to post my profile that says, "Verification string does not match the image - CHANGES NOT SAVED" and I can't figure out what the problem is. I am copying a photo of me from my hard drive. Help!

you have to type the letters in the little box.

You have a little box. Next to it a bunch of random letters. Type those into the box, it's not case sensitive.

I typed in the letters previously and still got the message.

It changes every few minutes. Always click on "new image" so that a new string shows up.
