[How can I contact tech support ? A fiend has verified her password but still can't log-in. Thank you

Go to the main page at www.collarme.com. At the bottom of the page, below he spam, there is a line of tiny blue clickable links. Click on the one that says Support.

Maybe its because only the owner of an account can discuss things like passwords with the admins!!! "My friend says" gives you ZERO authority on the account
