Y'all are driving me wild with those recipe posts. Egads. Im trying to drop a few lbs as well.

I have a web site on MSN that I created with a friend of mine . hundreds of recipes .. some our own creation including my slammin salmon recipe . which by the way is COMPLETELY healthy. if you want the link just let me know
