I’d like to thank those who offered suggestions. quote:
How does one kick (in a *safe* way) until their leg is tired or theyre worn out and sweating? I would think thats an *awful* lotta kicking. I mean how many places on the human body can one possibly kick until theyre tired, without doing phyisical damage? Kicking is really no different than any other gross muscle repetition, like flogging, in that the repeated motion can take a toll on the muscle being exerted. I’m sure many Dominants & Tops here can testify to having become worn out and sweaty from a good flogging session, and the infamous flogger’s shoulder that needs a good massage afterward. So is the same in kicking. I actually get worn out more quickly from kicking because it takes more muscles and more movement than flogging, including balancing on one leg while the other is extended. As for safety and places on the human body to kick, it’s no different than any other type of play we do in BDSM – one learns the proper safety measures before engaging in the activity. The person kicking needs to have a clue about human anatomy, what places can and cannot sustain impact, how hard, how often. A lot of kicking is done on the lower buttocks (far from the tailbone), the thighs (both front and back), calves, and upper arms. I prefer to kick barefooted. (I prefer to do most things barefooted.) Though I have kicked while wearing hiking/combat boots, there are special measures that need to be taken depending on the shoe worn. It really boils down to the Top not being oblivious to safety, which I’m not. Nearly any type of S&M we do in this lifestyle carries a certain level of risk and it is the responsibility of the people playing to make sure certain safety measures are taken to minimize those risks.

IMO, IMHO, YMMV, AFAIK, to me, I see it as, from my perspective, it's been my experience, I only speak for myself, (and all other disclaimers here).
