Apparently it does, I googled "strawberries means trading sex for drugs" and yep came back lots of hits on it being slang for girls who trade sex for drugs...

Oh yea, the black dude was like " she a strawberry man, selling herself for dope" ....I kinda like the movie, just never paid attention to that really.

I heard women being called strawberries if they gave up sex for drugs...when I lived in California in the early 80's.
