Automated. Especially true with the truck.

If you could only own one, would you rather have a truck or a car?

DOM68005 -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/24/2013 1:21:35 AM)

I tend toward midsized SUVs.

Which brand of car is no longer made that you would like to have kept in production?

LadyPact -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/24/2013 1:29:20 AM)

The Chevrolet Corvair. I base this only on the love that I had for the one that I had years ago and everybody loves the first car that really gave them a sense of freedom.

(Are you shocked I was able to answer that one? You should be.)

Ignition - Has owned a car that was start on the dash or only ever owned a car that the ignition was wired to the key?

singlemaltlady -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/24/2013 3:30:10 PM)

Yep, a Mini in Ireland had a starter in the dash. LOL, I loved that car!

Do you prefer David Boreanaz playing:

Seeley Booth in Bones

or

Angel in Buffy the Vampire Slayer?

DOM68005 -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/24/2013 5:26:17 PM)

David Boreanaz ...
Special Agent Seeley Booth .... Bones (172 episodes, 2005-2013)

I was fond of my 1968 Pontiac Temptest OHC 6 cylinder stick shift - no AC.
When we lived in Europe, Dad owned a French made Renault ca 1960.

==================================

Which Law and Oder team is your favorite.

LadyPact -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/24/2013 8:34:42 PM)

Just Law and Order (not counting SVU) I'd go with Brisco and Curtis. If you are counting all of the shows under the various titles, it would be Benson and Stabler by far.

Back to shows from back in the day. Which did you prefer - Hill Street Blues or LA Law?

NoBimbosAllowed -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/24/2013 9:20:08 PM)

I'm a breeder, so LA Law. HSB WAS ground-breaking for its redefinition of what constitutes foundations for a solid script, and for revising the ratio of action-causality-based plot balanced against emotion/theme inspired results. Which for 1982, is deep.

But no eye-candy for the lads. So LA Law.

speaking of classics, ladypactwithTVdevils,

Dangerman or The Man From Uncle?

DOM68005 -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/24/2013 9:31:49 PM)

The Man From Uncle hands down.

For everybody, the other show in the question was not my choice, but I did like the bouncing bubble..
Danger Man (titled Secret Agent in the United States, and Destination Danger and John Drake in other non-UK markets) is a British television series ....

baked fish or fish & chips

NoBimbosAllowed -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/24/2013 10:33:52 PM)

fush and chups! (that's the new zealand version)

baked potato or mashed?

Dvr22999874 -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/24/2013 10:34:22 PM)

I had a vehicle that had the starter in the floor. you had to stamp on it !! I thought at first it was the dip-switch (British cars had those at that time)

DOM68005 -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/24/2013 11:29:53 PM)

IF they are real potatoes and not powder then mashed most of the time. I like baked with steak or sit down meals, but not microwave "baked".
==============

Fried potatoes with or without skin?

LadyPact -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/25/2013 1:08:23 AM)

With. It's the part of the potato that's best for you, anyway.

TV Moms of the 60's - Carol Brady or Shirley Partridge?

DOM68005 -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/25/2013 1:26:00 AM)

Carol Brady

similar concept
Harriet Nelson - The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet

June Evelyn Bronson Cleaver (Barbara Billingsley - Leave It to Beaver

NoBimbosAllowed -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/25/2013 5:23:40 PM)

I would have gone for Partridge! naughty MILF with go go boots!

Harriet: smarter, thus naughtier.

femme fatales: from The Avengers (Emma Peel and Steed) or the lovely period piece Death Ladies from Wild West?

(I myself would be unable to choose here)

singlemaltlady -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/25/2013 6:06:26 PM)

Emma Peel

Ben's Jens

Lopez or Garner?

DOM68005 -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/25/2013 7:26:08 PM)

Jennifer Garner

======================
Shark Tank ... who would you like to team up with out of the Sharks.
Mark Cuban
Barbara Corcoran
Lori Greiner
Robert Herjavec
Daymond John
Kevin O'Leary

MysticFireTopaz -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/26/2013 6:27:14 PM)

Not familiar with any but Mark Cuban, and I would not want to team up with him.

Waltz or tango?

LadyPact -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/26/2013 6:30:44 PM)

I'm going to go with preference to watch. Therefore, tango.

Soup - Would you rather have vegetable beef or chicken noodle?

DOM68005 -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/26/2013 8:05:41 PM)

vegetable beef

Campbell's standard soups or Chunky version

LadyPact -> RE: Twist on TPBM - 2 Together (10/26/2013 8:09:05 PM)

Standard, though I'm probably using it for making something else.

Recipes - Have cookbooks of your own or just look up a recipe on the net?
