Hello and welcome!

The only "official villain" I am familiar with is a cartoon character by the name of "Snidley Whiplash," who enjoyed tying "Tess" to the railroad tracks so she could be valiantly rescued by Dudley Doo-right of the Royal Canadian Mounties! Snidley wore a black cape, a black top hat, and had a black mustache that curled at the ends, and Dudley always looking dashing in his bright red Mountie's uniform and his yellow curly hair. (sighs)
